Rubian Melo

She is a partner and executive director of Saturnema Films. A journalist and executive producer with an MBA in Business Administration, she specializes in planning and managing communication and audiovisual projects.

She has worked on the feature films "A Mensageira," "A Matriarca," "Insubmissas," and more than 20 series. Since November 2023, she has been a Project Paradiso talent and teaches masterclasses at renowned institutions such as USP, Instituto de Cinema, Univille, Unijorge, Fera Lab, and Lab.

She has extensive experience in projects for TV, web, streaming, and cinema. She is the general coordinator of NordesteLAB and also the Market Environment coordinator at the NICHO Novembro Festival. She has curated projects for Globo Filmes and Gloob and worked on products shown on more than 20 channels in Latin America and platforms such as Amazon Prime.
